Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university and 2+ years of related professional experience; Masters degree with 0 years of experience; and or 6 years professional experience in lieu of degree
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to manage expectations and activities of cross-matrixed teams and stakeholders
  • Identify and secure venues, identify and lead support teams, develop the event flow, prepare movement plans, and conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure site readiness
  • Develop, manage and communicate event logistics with stakeholders to ensure the event/meeting aligns with overall strategic goals and objectives
  • Ensure participants are prepared through dry-run visit/event preparation sessions and walkthroughs
  • Prepare and present talking points and prep packages for company leadership
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with and manipulating detail-oriented data
  • Ability to work collaboratively on a team and across teams, with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle physical demands, such as standing and walking for long periods
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to Obtain a Clearance at the time of application
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time
