Business Development Representative - Fluent/native French Speaking

This role is for a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on generating meetings and supporting early-stage pipeline growth for ServiceNow. The BDR will engage prospective clients through various channels, qualify interest, document interactions, and hand off qualified leads to the GTM team. The role involves learning core prospecting techniques and foundational knowledge of ServiceNow, with an emphasis on using AI-native tools to enhance outreach and workflows. Fluency in French is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engages prospective buying groups through structured outreach activities, qualifies meeting interest using defined guidelines, documents interactions accurately, and hands off qualified meetings to the GTM team (s) for opportunity validation.
  2. In addition to engaging buying groups, the BDR is also responsible for follow-up across strategic marketing events.
  3. Engages current and future clients through phone, email, and social—and connects with key contacts using approved messaging and defined qualification criteria.
  4. Apply basic problem-solving techniques to assess client needs and determine appropriate next steps based on defined criteria.
  5. Amplify brand approved generated content with prospective customers to deliver a connected, personalized experience.
