Business Development Representative - Forma for Design

Business Development Representative focused on supporting the early stages of the sales journey, including lead qualification, pricing, contracts, and order processes. This role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage inbound and outbound prospects through targeted outreach and data-driven insights.
  2. Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for sales teams.
  3. Support prospecting, inbound demand response, pricing, quotations, contracts, and order coordination.
  4. Keep customer and opportunity data current and organized.
  5. Partner with Finance, Legal, and GTM teams to help ensure timely and effective customer support.

Skills

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales development, inside sales, or a related role.
  • Experience generating and qualifying leads and supporting pipeline development.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting pricing, contracts, or order management processes.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS or technology sales environments.
  • Comfort using CRM data and reporting to guide decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
