What you'd actually do

  1. Provide temporary coverage during leaves, open roles, or high-volume campaigns across the BDR organization.
  2. Rotate across teams to support organizational capacity needs as directed by BDR Managers.
  3. Contribute booked meetings toward the BDR organization’s overall quota.
  4. Participate in special projects and experiments (e.g., testing new tools, refining workflows, or developing use cases) to improve scalability and efficiency.
  5. Shadow experienced BDRs during calls, campaigns, and pipeline reviews to build a strong understanding of inbound demand generation.
