This role is a Business Development Representative focused on selling UiPath's enterprise AI solutions. The primary responsibility is to build and nurture early-stage relationships with potential customers, convert interest into qualified pipeline, and ensure sales receives well-qualified leads. The role involves supporting campaign execution, crafting outreach materials, and working closely with sales and marketing teams. While the company offers AI solutions, this role is in sales/business development, not directly building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with Sales and the Head of Digital to define, qualify, and progress high-quality leads
  2. Collaborate with the Head of Digital to ensure lead scoring, intent signals, and qualification criteria are aligned with campaign goals and business priorities
  3. Qualify and nurture inbound leads, ensuring timely and relevant follow-up based on buyer engagement and behavior
  4. Support outbound campaigns by identifying high-potential prospects and tailoring outreach materials and messaging
  5. Craft compelling nurture sequences, outreach copy, and value-led collateral aligned to key customer personas
