Salesforce is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) for their Philippines market. This role focuses on outbound lead generation, researching target accounts, and initiating contact with senior executives to generate new business opportunities and fuel the sales pipeline. The role requires fluency in Tagalog, inside sales experience, and a strong track record in the IT sector.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline for our products across our Enterprise Accounts
  2. Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Philippines
  3. Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
  5. Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in Tagalog to converse with clients in the Philippines market
  • Minimum 3 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
  • Excellent track record selling to Philippines clients
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skill
  • High Energy.
  • Positive Attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
