Business Development Representative - Polish Speaker

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and account research. The role involves identifying key decision makers, nurturing early-stage opportunities, and partnering with core sellers. Fluency in Polish and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  2. Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
  3. Nurture early-stage opportunities
  4. Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
  5. Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling
