Uber for Business is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue pipeline and customer acquisition in the UK market. The role involves outbound prospecting, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies. The ideal candidate will have B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be responsible for generating revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls/emails).
  2. Identify new business opportunities, prospect the right decision makers within a business.
  3. Meet and exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
  4. Bring an innovative approach to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer oriented mindset.
  5. Work with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritisation model, and internal tools and prospecting processes.

  • 12 - 36 months of B2B sales/business development experience
  • Experience of prospecting into large accounts
  • A history of consistently exceeding KPIs and activity targets
  • Hunter mentality and proven track record of outbound success - cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Proficiency with sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Groove, and Salesforce.
  • Experience supporting multiple Account Executives in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organization and time management - comfortable juggling priorities and managing follow-ups.
  • A self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and exceeding goals.
