Business Development Representative, Uber for Business

This role supports the Uber for Business sales team by generating qualified leads through outbound prospecting via phone, email, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The representative will build relationships, understand customer needs, update Salesforce, and identify next steps for Account Executives. It's a junior role with potential for career growth into an Account Executive position.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline in an assigned vertical or territory and partner with assigned Account Executives
  2. Research and develop our accounts Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns
  3. Hit assigned Key Performance Metrics that are not limited to, but including, the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), the contribution of pipeline through size of opportunity and total Gross Bookings from closed opportunities.
  4. Uncover a prospect's business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the Uber for Business value proposition
  5. Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives.
