Early career sales professional to join Notion's EMEA Business Development team. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, qualifying new Mid-Market customers, and driving pipeline generation to support the Account Executive team. The role offers an opportunity to shape sales processes and build playbooks, with a clear career path towards an Account Executive role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns with customised and multichannel messaging for your market
  2. Implement proven sales methodologies to prospect into new accounts
  3. Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM
  4. Help build playbooks and define our sales motion
  5. Hold ownership over pipeline generation tactics and strategic approaches
