Business Development Representative - Uki Market

Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for their UKI Market in Ireland. This role focuses on generating new business pipeline through outbound prospecting and managing inbound leads, supporting the sales organization. The BDR will work with various cloud offerings and verticals, conduct account research, and partner with core sellers. The role includes an intensive sales training program and offers career development opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business pipeline primarily through prospecting outbound opportunities
  2. Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort
  3. Nurture early-stage opportunities
  4. Gain interest through outbound cold calling across a set of existing Salesforce customers and breaking into net new logos in assigned territory
  5. Partner with core seller to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English
  • Valid working visa for Ireland
  • Experience in business development, sales or related field experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and across many different parts of the organisation to get things done
  • Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
