Salesforce is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Thailand market, focusing on outbound lead generation and qualifying revenue opportunities within enterprise accounts. The role involves researching target accounts, initiating contact through various channels, and collaborating with Account Executives. Fluency in Thai and prior inside sales experience in IT are required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales Pipeline for our products across our Enterprise Accounts
  2. Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Thailand
  3. Research and build "cold accounts" (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, cold calling)
  4. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
  5. Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts

Skills

Required

  • Fluent in Thai to converse with clients in the Thailand market
  • Minimum 3 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc)
  • Excellent track record selling to Thailand clients
  • Excellent Written/Verbal communication skill
  • High Energy.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
