What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of RippleX's Capital Markets strategy, setting priorities that impact the overall team and business objectives while positioning XRPL as a leading blockchain for institutional capital markets applications
  2. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure providers and other capital markets institutions to drive adoption of blockchain solutions
  3. Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain technology, extending the XRPL ecosystem into institutional finance
  4. Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives at major financial institutions, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to closure
  5. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams at Ripple to develop use cases, solutions, and product-market fit for capital markets applications
