This role is for a Business Development Sr. Manager at AMD, focusing on growing business with Large OEM and multinational partners across retail, channel, and enterprise segments. The individual will be responsible for driving customer strategy, portfolio development, go-to-market planning, commercial agreements, and financial planning to maximize growth and value for both AMD and its partners. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership and experience in technology business development, preferably in semiconductors, with a proven ability to manage complex global accounts and P&Ls.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop deep understanding of OEM, channel partner, and enterprise end‑customer care‑abouts and translate them into effective long‑term growth strategies
  2. Own and evolve the design win portfolio, ensuring competitive differentiation and leadership positioning
  3. Partner closely with Sales to drive unit, revenue, and market share growth across retail, channel, and enterprise segments
  4. Manage the account P&L, delivering predictable profitability and sustainable growth across quarters
  5. Lead commercial strategy and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
