Business Development, Strategic Initiatives

Crusoe · Data AI · Tel Aviv, IL · Strategic Initiatives

This role is a Business Development position focused on strategic initiatives within an AI infrastructure company. The primary responsibility is to act as a bridge between AI labs and internal product/engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into product roadmap and capacity planning. The role involves orchestrating large-scale compute and managed inference deals, integrating customer needs into the platform, and driving go-to-market strategies for new offerings. It requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, AI workloads, and distributed computing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and close nine-figure, multi-year compute and managed inference deals with the world’s top AI developers to drive massive-scale revenue growth.
  2. Translate the highly technical requirements of "whale" clients into actionable directives for Crusoe’s Product and Engineering leadership to ensure our platform stays ahead of market needs.
  3. Partner closely with the Data Center Infrastructure (DIG) and Energy teams to map customer model architecture impacts directly to power procurement and site planning.
  4. Drive the go-to-market motion for complex new offerings, including Managed Inference, Managed K8s, and Bare Metal clusters, ensuring Sales and Marketing are equipped to win.
  5. Act as a technical authority and lead negotiator, influencing C-level executives both internally and externally to align long-term infrastructure investments with customer demand.
