This role is for a Business Human Resources Partner supporting manufacturing and advanced packaging organizations. The responsibilities include building relationships, driving employee relations, organizational development, learning, inclusion, labor relations, and HR processes. The role requires experience in employee relations, HR basics, and Microsoft Office, with preferred experience in leadership development, coaching, organization diagnosis, design, Workday, and manufacturing environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build relationships with managers and employees for service, influence and coaching.
  2. Application of employee relations, org development, learning, inclusion, labor relations and HR processes in the business group, function and regions and geographies.
  3. Administers HR policies, procedures, and programs in service of employees/managers and the business.
  4. Consults with employees and managers to create a positive and productive work environment, inclusive of manager capabilities and strong employee relations climate/case management.
  5. Apply recruiting, organizational development, compensation and inclusion, and other HR processes in support of business customers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field with 2+ years of experience OR Master of Science, M.B.A, OR a Master of Arts degree, with 1+ years of experience.
  • 2+ years of direct business of the following: Employee relations
  • 2+ years of direct business of the following: HR basics, such as – training and development, performance management, change management
  • Microsoft Office experience
