This role is for a Business Integrator Manager at Boeing, reporting to the Supply Chain Strategy Senior Manager. The position is based in Everett, Washington, and focuses on supporting the VP of Supply Chain Stability by driving alignment, operational excellence, and execution discipline across various supply chain functions. The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to the VP, providing strategic counsel and operational insights.
  2. Anticipate the VP’s needs and prepare materials, presentations, and communications for executive meetings, reviews, and both internal and external engagements.
  3. Facilitate leadership team alignment by managing agendas, capturing decisions, and driving follow-through on commitments.
  4. Support the VP in prioritizing initiatives and managing competing demands to maximize organizational impact.
  5. Design, implement, and maintain operating rhythms, including leadership cadences, review cycles, and planning across the Supply Chain Stability organization.

Skills

Required

  • at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership
  • Must be able to work outside of standard business hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays) as per business requirement

Nice to have

  • Experience working in aerospace or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with operating cadence design and business process improvement
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
