**Job Summary: **
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cat Digital BI team. This position focuses on building visualization and data to support our dealer portfolio. This includes, but is not limited to, visualization for the DACS Scorecard and the Dealer Deployment dashboards.
Gathers and documents user/client requirements, supports the development and testing of new products or services, collects feedback from clients, and recommends improvements.
What You Will Do:
- Assisting in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products; Analyzing existing offerings, preparing technical documentation, and recommending upgrades.
- Conducting market research to do a comparative analysis of competitor offerings and provide recommendations for developing a more effective product/service.
- Identifying user/client requirements for a product or service and defining technical specifications; Preparing technical documentation and sharing them with senior analysts and technical teams.
- Supporting senior analysts by fulfilling their data requests, preparing reports, and providing technical assistance; Participating in initiatives to improve processes efficiency and employee productivity.
What You Will Have:
Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. Business Data Analysis: Knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements. Business Assessment: Knowledge of the activities, tasks, practices and deliverables for assessing and documenting business opportunities; ability to assess the benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications. Requirements Analysis: Knowledge of tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project. Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals, reports, guidelines or documents on standards, processes and applications. Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production. **Research Analysis: **Knowledge of the concepts, methodologies and methods of research analysis; ability to locate, interpret and evaluate research findings compiled and documented by others.
Considerations For Top Candidates:
