This role focuses on developing cross-functional data models, core business metrics, and self-service analytics capabilities within a global technology company specializing in digital advertising. The Business Intelligence Analyst II will design and maintain scalable data solutions, develop analytical frameworks for experimentation and monitoring, and anticipate data access patterns. They will partner with Business Analysts and Data Engineers, work with engineering teams on data model impacts, and champion data standards and governance. The role requires a quantitative education, 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or Business Intelligence, strong SQL and data warehousing skills (Snowflake, Databricks, Vertica), experience with dbt, Python/R, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). AdTech experience is preferred. The candidate should be curious, a lifelong learner, a fearless advocate for change, comfortable collaborating globally, and adept at communicating across technical and business teams.

  5. You will partner closely with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to develop deep expertise in the business and serve as the bridge between business needs and data infrastructure.
