What you'd actually do

  1. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key decisions and process improvements.
  2. Work closely with the Supply Chain teams in areas including forecasting analytics and design, inventory placement, customer experience and replenishment management continuously optimizing for improved customer experience and in-stock positions.
  3. Analyze demand and resource requirements against available resources to identify risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to solve for resource constraints.
  4. Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and various technological platforms.
  5. Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Skills

Required

  • SQL and data modeling within large-scale data warehouse or data lake environments.
  • Building automated data warehousing environments for production reports or tables.
  • Python and data visualization tools such as Streamlit/FastAPI/Plotly/Dash/React/D3Js etc.
  • Data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Quicksight or similar.
  • Ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required.
  • Data management fundamentals, storage principles, and developing scalable data transformation pipelines using dbt (data build tool) including modular SQL modeling, testing, and documentation.
  • Building AI-powered tools such as chatbots or AI agents to support data access, reporting, or automation.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 3 years of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
  • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Management, Data Science, or related field of study and 1 year of experience required as a Business Intelligence Analysts or a related position/occupation.
