Business Intelligence- Mgr
Key contributor who drives business transformation efforts by helping explain complex analysis and insights to stakeholders. Creates a single source of truth for business performance and diagnostics to enable faster and frictionless flow of information. Creates enhanced reports/visualizations of complex analytics in support of strategic business efforts and will leverage reporting tools to gain business insights. Creates reporting and analytics for key stakeholders which will enable them to make quick evaluations of business initiatives.

Uses business data and statistical methods to analyze complex business problems. Provides consultative insight into business performance, where needed, and suggests areas and methods of improving operations to the business. Constructs dashboard, forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Implements and oversee analytical approaches and methodologies.
Accountabilities
- Interact directly with our respective Operations teams to team up and assist with complex data requests across various groups.
- Collaborate with business units across the enterprise to create a roadmap for the Data Analytics & Reporting teams supporting business needs in alignment with the strategic vision of the company.
- Perform regular, ongoing analysis of sales, products and services, KPIs as well as complex, strategic and analytical projects to evaluate and make recommendations around growth, revenue, and profitability initiatives and opportunities.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the data in the reports and analysis.
- Lead engagements with key business stakeholders in business strategies and opportunities with a focus on driving measurable value via innovative technical solutions to business problems.
- If applicable, make recommendations regarding the hiring, firing, advancement, performance, promotion or any other change of status of team members. Assess employee performance, hold employees accountable, take appropriate corrective actions, and train and provide ongoing direction and feedback to team members.
