Business Management and Agentic Lead

This role focuses on the operational support and agentic transformation of an executive office within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success organization. The Business Management and Agentic Lead will support the Rhythm of Business (RoB) director and Chief of Staff with operational execution, calendar governance, team planning, and coordination. A key aspect is partnering with an AI transformation lead to redesign manual workflows into agentic processes, identify, prioritize, and automate high-impact processes, and support the rollout and adoption of these new agentic workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the RoB Director in day to day operational execution of the executive RoB.
  2. Govern and optimize the Chief of Staff’s calendar, priorities, and meeting flow.
  3. Partner with the AI Transformation Lead to redesign manual workflows into agentic processes.
