Business Management Lead

This role is a Business Management Lead at Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes, located in Madrid, Spain. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Leadership Team to define, prioritize, and deploy growth strategies and initiatives aligned with Spain business ambitions.
  2. Identify and assess new growth opportunities including new business models, segments, portfolio initiatives, and operating model evolution.
  3. Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative market, and internal business analyses to inform priority setting and decision making. Develop strategic and financial business cases to support decision-making and investment prioritization.
  4. Drive alignment and manage cross functional projects across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functions.
  5. Lead and coordinate cross-functional transformation initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, and impact tracking.

Skills

Required

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, STEM, or Medicine
  • Strong experience in strategy, business development, transformation, or commercial excellence roles
  • Proven ability to drive growth at scale, from strategy definition through disciplined execution
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to independently conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses into actionable insights
  • Excellent project management, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct hierarchical authority
  • High level of credibility, communication skills, and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing and presenting executive-level analyses, recommendations, and business cases
  • Change leadership mindset
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
