Business Manager for the App Store in the Nordic region, focusing on partnering with app and game developers to identify growth opportunities and drive their success. This role involves cultivating relationships, applying analytical skills to develop strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cultivate and nurture strong business relationships with key app and game developers, and maintain a deep understanding of their product pipelines and business strategies to ensure the best content is made available for Apple’s platforms.
  2. Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to develop strategies and actionable solutions that help developers optimize performance, seize opportunities, and grow their business on the App Store.
  3. Leverage on your deep expertise in the apps and/ or gaming industry to identify emerging gaming trends, evaluate business opportunities, and onboard high-potential partners.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners: Apple’s Worldwide Developer Relations, Games Monetization, Editorial, Analytics, and Operations teams, to align strategies and drive integrated developer support.

Skills

Required

  • Deep passion for apps and or games, mobile technology, and subscriptions.
  • Extensive industry work experience in the mobile apps & games field.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional projects with different teams at Apple, including the App Store, Marketing, WWDR, Review and Commerce.
  • Understanding on how to use data and critical metrics to provide actionable insights for optimizing app monetization to product teams.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects at a time.
  • Excellent communication skills, social and relationship-building interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
