This Business Manager role focuses on optimizing customer relationships and digital navigation through data analysis and A/B experimentation within Capital One's Experience Platforms Analytics team. The role involves driving navigation strategy, developing destination vision, leading product experimentation, and owning digital customer analytics.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Navigation Strategy & Agenda: Create the EASE Navigation analytics agenda. Identify the most powerful ways to measure app and web IA, define requirements for needed data instrumentation, and partner with product/tech teams to implement them.
  2. Develop the Destination Vision: Co-develop the destination vision for EASE Navigability with product partners, defining what that destination looks like, how to measure it, and how to bridge the gap from where we are today.
  3. Lead Product Experimentation: Ideate, design, and implement A/B experimentation to test feature effectiveness—including key hypotheses, supporting metrics, and credit risk implications. Monitor experiments post-launch, interpret results, and socialize insights to advance the digital navigation strategy.
  4. Own Digital Customer Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and develop insights on key customer navigation metrics to measure and quantify success, serving as the analytical SME for Product and LOB teams.
  5. Advocate for the Customer: Act as a critical thought partner to champion intuitive user experiences, leveraging data to remove friction and advance Capital One’s digital strategy.
