What you'd actually do

  1. Driving the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization — and the cross-functional initiatives that come with it
  2. Owning foundational operating rhythms — monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting — and evolving them as the business scales
  3. Building out dashboards, metrics, and success measures that give leadership visibility and enable data-driven decisions
  4. Partnering on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products
  5. Using AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work — not as an experiment, but as a force multiplier

Skills

Required

  • 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles (BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Finance)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of autonomy in prioritizing what matters most
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows
  • Knowledge of SQL and Tableau
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS
