Physical Intelligence is building foundation models and learning algorithms for robots. This Business Operations role will work closely with founders and cross-functionally to drive business execution, including partnerships, operations, infrastructure, and deployment. The role requires strong analytical and strategic instincts, comfort with ambiguity, commercial mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience in consulting, finance, or startups is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and execute cross-functional projects with high ambiguity and real business impact.
  2. Drive data, compute, and infrastructure partnerships, from sourcing through negotiation and management.
  3. Plug into deployment efforts: sourcing opportunities, structuring contracts, pricing, and operational setup.
  4. Assist with and drive internal scaling initiatives such as office expansion, international operations, and company planning.
  5. Support investor, board, and external communications including decks, analyses, and prep.
