This role is for a Business Operations Associate at JPMorgan Chase in London. The primary focus is on understanding, analyzing, and recommending solutions for operational, regulatory, and reputational risks within Global Corporate Banking. The role involves project management, data analysis, stakeholder interaction, and identifying/escalating operational issues. What you'd actually do

  1. Ability to independently work, support fast-paced projects, and creatively and pragmatically solve problems
  2. Conduct end-to-end project management of scoping a project, developing a project execution plan, troubleshooting/escalating issues, and ensuring timely project completion
  3. Facilitate interaction and strong connectivity across the GCB Business Operations team, sub-lines of businesses and functional partners, and centralized governance teams
  4. Build and maintain relationships with banking teams, credit teams, and key partners across the business and supporting functions (e.g., Legal Finance, Compliance, Risk) and geographies
  5. Perform data analysis to support and drive key initiatives and projects as assigned
  6. Prepare and deliver presentation materials to be shared with senior management and other relevant stakeholders
  7. Identify and escalate operational issues, recommend solutions, and ensure changes are implemented
