Business Operations Associate - Technical Projects

Anduril Anduril · Defense · Costa Mesa, CA · Corporate Technology : Business Operations

This role is a Business Operations Associate focused on technical projects within a defense technology company. The role involves owning and delivering cross-functional initiatives, operating across hardware and software, working with business systems, developing analytics and tooling, and project managing across teams. It requires experience in consulting, business operations, strategy, or technical roles, with a strong emphasis on being a technical, strategic, and proactive builder comfortable in ambiguity. The company's products are powered by an AI-powered operating system, but the role itself is not directly building AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and deliver cross-functional initiatives from zero to one, from framing the problem to executing on a chosen solution.
  2. Operate across both hardware and software, bringing solutions to problems across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Field Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and more.
  3. Work deeply within Anduril’s business systems (including our ERP, MRP, and MES) to develop a clear understanding of how data and processes flow across the company.
  4. Develop analytics and tooling that shape decision-making, ranging from scrappy, ad hoc Excel data crunching to scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
  5. Project manage across teams, leading meetings of large and small groups and managing digital communication channels to direct stakeholders towards solutions.
