This role is for a Business Operations Lead at Superhuman, an AI productivity platform company. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with GTM and Managed Growth leadership to define the Route-to-Market strategy and ensure alignment with company goals.
  2. Lead and operationalize cross-functional priorities across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability.
  3. Act as the operational nucleus for the Managed business, independently driving initiatives while scoping and partnering with Strategy and Operations team for support on key motions.
  4. Build and manage the operating cadence for the Managed business, including strategic planning cycles and cross-functional leadership forums.
  5. Serve as the bridge across Managed, Self-Serve, and Core Marketing teams through the Strategy and Operations function, ensuring priorities, insights, and updates are shared effectively to make the compound startup model work across our diverse products and GTM motions.
