This role is a Business Operations Lead focused on AI Enablement within Google's Core team. It involves working with executive leadership to define, launch, and drive operational initiatives related to AI, including go-to-market strategies for generative AI and transforming Google into an AI-native enterprise. The role requires structuring and executing operational initiatives, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating findings to management. While the role is deeply involved in AI strategy and operations, it does not involve direct AI/ML model development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with the company's executive leadership to define, launch, drive and operational initiatives.
  2. Structure and execute operational and initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
  3. Lead cross-functional, global teams to provide direction on the execution of tasks.
  4. Communicate findings to management and to the broader organization.
  5. Drive recommendations through to implementation and results.
