What you'd actually do

  1. Identify structural opportunities to improve how Print Operations works, through better processes, systems, and automation
  2. Lead large cross-functional initiatives, partnering across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, Finance, etc.
  3. Roll up your sleeves and fill gaps — from strategic problems to day-to-day operational fires across Print Operations
  4. Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analyses and make recommendations to shape our roadmap
  5. Support strategic planning, capacity planning, and performance management for Print

Skills

Required

  • 4-8 years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance
  • Minimum 2 years in a high growth company
