Business Operations Specialist

This role is a Business Operations Specialist at Boeing, focused on supporting senior leaders with strategic initiatives, operating rhythm management, data analysis, and project management. It is not directly involved in AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and manage the operating rhythm to support business needs and priorities, which includes meeting cadence, look-ahead, reporting cycles, event engagement and communication channels.
  2. Provide timely data analysis and business insights to support the organization's decision-making processes.
  3. Establish metrics requirements, track performance to plan, and provide regular updates on the status, trends, risks, and opportunities to the organization's leaders.
  4. Ensure integration across programs/functions and the enterprise on management system and integration requirements and key initiatives.
  5. Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects to deliver defined scope, on time, and within budget while meeting quality and stakeholder expectations.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
