This role is for a Business Operations Specialist at Boeing, focusing on implementing and improving management systems and KPIs for seat integration programs. What you'd actually do

  1. Work collaboratively with our Seat Integration Team (SIT) team to lead the development, implementation, and improvement of the management system
  2. Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
  3. Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization
  4. Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance
  5. Leads the development of organizational metrics and Key Performance Indicators for the SIT organization
