What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify and execute against opportunities to improve our business
  2. Partner with our go-to-market teams to develop and implement coherent strategies and business plans
  3. Apply strategy and operations experience to uncover operational issues and drive process improvements at MongoDB
  4. Conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of cross-functional stakeholders and executive management across all business functions
  5. Model complex financial scenarios for the business as part of ongoing operations or planning for new deals, products, etc.
