This role is for a Business Operations & Strategy Manager at Scale AI, a company focused on accelerating AI application development. The role involves tackling ambiguous, mission-critical initiatives across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. The candidate will be responsible for breaking down complex problems, diving into operations and data, building relationships, and driving outcomes with a high degree of ownership. What you'd actually do

  1. Take on Scale’s difficult-but-ambiguous problems, breaking them down in a structured way and driving them to successful outcomes
  2. Dive deeply into our operations and data - you will become an expert on how Scale operates, and develop a deep understanding of the AI industry
  3. Build high trust relationships across the organization to partner with and influence outcomes beyond what you directly touch
  4. Have full ownership of your work and outcome - we support each other as a team, but you will have broad latitude to run autonomously as you get up to speed
  5. Partner with, influence, and support the Scale executive team as we tackle the most difficult decisions in the business
