Finance professional to partner with U.S.-based Marketing teams, focusing on S2P workflow, supplier sourcing, and operational finance. Drives process improvements, automates workflows, and supports supplier sourcing decisions and contract reviews. Owns finance-related tasks, month-end accruals, expense coding, and invoicing trends. Requires 5+ years of finance/accounting experience with US GAAP, strong stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of S2P. Experience with AI-driven insights or automation tools is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be an embedded business partner for our Marketing teams
  2. Ensure the operational excellence of the Finance Procurement Operations team and systems supporting the goals of our Marketing Teams
  3. Drive projects that help to simplify and automate manual workflows. Actively participate in system features development and user acceptance testing
  4. Partner closely with the business and legal to support supplier sourcing decisions and contract reviews and renewals to build a resilient and diverse supply chain that keeps pace with the evolving needs of our business
  5. Own finance-related tasks (supplier sourcing, reviewing contracts, creating and reviewing purchase orders, facilitating change orders, reviewing invoices, supplier management, management reporting, etc.) that drive financial accuracy
