This role is a Business Process Analyst at Adobe, focusing on roadmap planning, strategy development, data-driven transparency, and operational excellence within the Platform organization. What you'd actually do

  1. Drive cross-organizational roadmap planning on a rolling basis, ensuring alignment across the AUP organization through structured intake processes and proactive stakeholder engagement.
  2. Establish and maintain a regular cadence for strategy reviews, creating measurement frameworks to track success metrics and enabling data-driven iteration and optimization.
  3. Partner with key collaborators to establish data quality standards and visibility dashboards that enable faster strategic decision-making and provide cross-organizational transparency into roadmap progress and priorities.
  4. Challenge the status quo by exploring innovative ways to operate, streamlining workflows and processes and developing automation frameworks to scale ways of working.

Skills

Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting in SaaS or digital environments
