This role is for a Business Professional Specialist on the C&P Enterprise Sales Team at Adobe. The specialist will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, managing the full sales cycle from needs discovery to solution proposal and demonstration. They will focus on Adobe's Business Professional solutions, including Acrobat Studio, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat AI Assistant, and Acrobat Sign, driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to achieve revenue targets and build customer partnerships. The role involves early-stage customer engagement, pipeline development, market expansion through events and thought leadership, staying current with emerging technologies like AI, and collaborating with internal teams to drive deals to closure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead early-stage customer engagement, including needs discovery and use case development, to build and grow a high-quality pipeline
  2. Build long-term customer relationships and proactively uncover new use cases to drive sustained pipeline growth
  3. Expand market presence and generate pipeline through event and seminar presentations, as well as thought leadership contributions such as tech blog articles
  4. Stay current with emerging technologies — including AI and cloud-based solutions — and continuously deepen your understanding of the Acrobat portfolio's broad and growing range of document workflow capabilities
  5. Represent the voice of the customer internally to drive continuous product and customer experience improvements
