This role is a Business Program Manager within Microsoft's Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization, specifically in the Global Customer Success (GCS) team. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and execution across Microsoft's Unified and Consulting Services portfolio. It involves generating insights from data to support data-driven actions, partnering with various stakeholders, and influencing execution through process rigor and reporting. The role leverages standard tools and metrics to improve financial performance and business outcomes, with a focus on AI transformation for customers and AI motions within sales strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Business Health and Management – Partner with leaders to drive programs that accelerate revenue reliability, growth and accuracy - aligned with MCEM standards, IAP Excellence (Pipe, Usage, Top of Funnel, ECIF and Migrations), and AI motions​
  2. Sales Execution Transformation and efficiency – optimize emerging/updated sales strategies, processes and objectives to drive sustainable growth and improved sales performance – enabling a simplified ROB structure and translating insights to outcomes​
  3. Agile planning Engagement - Support execution of always on planning activities in partnership with segment, accounts and operational leadership, driving account planning, with enhanced SEL guidance and enabled Go to Market motions​

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement

  • Sound knowledge & understanding of financial & sales processes, scorecards & key performance indicators used across Microsoft.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerBI & PowerPoint skills; aptitude for working with tools, systems, and large volumes of complex data.
  • Experience designing and improving reporting processes & data models, especially for new businesses and evolving scenarios.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Familiarity with Customer Success or Commercial business areas, including sales, consumption & usage driving performance with solutioning and delivery.
