This is a Business Recruiter role at Brex, a company that uses AI-native automation in its finance platform. The recruiter will focus on scaling critical business functions like Customer Support and Operations by attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, managing the full candidate experience, and creating talent maps. The role requires 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and knowledge of HR practices. It is a 12-month contract with potential for full-time conversion.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner closely with hiring managers in Operations to hiring strategies and ensure a strong pipeline of candidates
  2. Proactively source passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
  3. Own the full candidate experience from sourcing to close, ensuring a seamless and engaging hiring process
  4. Create comprehensive talent maps to share insights on the talent market
  5. Represent Brex to candidates, helping to find and attract exceptional talent
  6. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
  • Strong ability to build relationships with Operations and Customer Experience hiring managers, understanding their needs and providing strategic hiring support
  • Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts across multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
  • BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
  • Must be willing to work in office 3 days per week on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
