Recruiter for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams at OpenAI, focusing on Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Technical Solutions. This role involves end-to-end hiring, strategic talent partnering, and building global GTM organizations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles, from scoping and calibration through to offer and close.
  2. Partner closely with senior business leaders to deeply understand team needs, define hiring strategies, and translate business priorities into actionable talent plans.
  3. Build and execute proactive, data-informed sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre and diverse talent across competitive markets.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, driving alignment, challenging assumptions, and maintaining a consistently high hiring bar.
  5. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects OpenAI’s values and mission.
