What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with our robust growth goals.
  2. Proactively source and screen candidates using various methods, such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals.
  3. Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and HR teams, and prepare recruitment reports and metrics for analysis.
  4. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  5. Leverage recruitment data and metrics to enhance the hiring process, recognize patterns, and make well-informed decisions.
