Figma is hiring a Business Recruiter to support their growth, primarily focusing on Sales roles, but also touching Marketing, Legal, and GBO. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, talent strategy development, sourcing, pipeline building, and championing BEI initiatives. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for our business organizations (specifically Sales)
  2. Partner with business leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles
  3. Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent including: cold outreach, events, and content production while also effectively handling inbound applications and referrals
  4. Leverage data to inform your hiring strategy and articulate these insights to executives in order to influence and drive positive change
  5. Champion and spearhead various initiatives relating to belonging, equity and impact (BEI)
