What you'd actually do

  1. Market share: Increase market share and achieve and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn.
  2. Sales quota: Meet or exceed overall sales quota for your assigned region.
  3. Operational initiatives: Implement key operational initiatives in the field while maintaining high ethical and procedural standards.
  4. Sales meetings: Coordinate and run frequent sales meetings.
  5. Staff development: Interview, hire, train, and develop a staff of successful Account Executives; Conduct ongoing mentoring/coaching in the field.
