This role is a Business Security Partner (L6) for Netflix's Studio Operations, focusing on identifying and solving complex security and risk problems within the studio ecosystem. What you'd actually do

  1. Identify and solve for the most critical and complex risks impacting the studio ecosystem, resulting in broad impact throughout the Engineering and Content organizations.
  2. Strategically align security initiatives with the unique creative workflows of each business unit, effectively driving down risk while supporting business growth.
  3. Lead broad technical projects, such as the deployment of secure workstations and pre-release content data segmentation.
  4. Develop and manage the overall Business Risk Profile for Netflix studios, enabling leadership to make informed risk-based decisions and lowering the risk profile over time.
  5. Advise on GenAI risks within the ecosystem.
