Robinhood is seeking a Business Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of candidates for corporate roles. The role involves partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, and utilizing sourcing tools. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, understanding hiring needs, and using ATS and sourcing platforms. Comfort with AI tools for sourcing is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
  2. Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
  3. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and prioritize pipeline development efforts
  4. Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing platforms
  5. Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of sourcing experience, with a focus on corporate or business roles
  • Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, outreach, and sourcing tools
  • Ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and translate them into sourcing strategies
  • Experience using sourcing tools (such as Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms) and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines while maintaining accurate tracking

  • Comfort using AI tools to support sourcing, research, and outreach, with an interest in testing new tools to improve efficiency
