Business Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is for a Founding Business Sourcer at HeyGen, an AI company focused on making visual storytelling accessible. The sourcer will be responsible for building the GTM hiring strategy, including sourcing, interview processes, and integrating AI into the Talent function. They will partner with the Executive team and hiring managers to attract top talent, with an emphasis on Marketing, SEO, Revenue, Sales, and Growth roles. The role requires developing recruiting strategies, utilizing sourcing methods, mapping headcount needs, and staying on top of industry trends, especially in the AI space. Experience in GTM recruiting for B2B SaaS is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop recruiting strategies to attract, source, and engage the best talent
  2. Utilize all sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  3. Work with hiring teams to map out headcount needs, job descriptions, interview loops, market intelligence.
  4. Talent Map and stay on top of industry trends, competitive intelligence, especially in the AI space.
  5. Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of GTM recruiting experience in B2B SaaS
  • strong understanding of SaaS and GTM functions
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
