This role is for a Business Strategy Director focused on helping large enterprises move from AI ambition to execution by defining clear priorities, operating models, and action plans for AI transformation. The role involves partnering with executive leadership, designing operating models, and establishing frameworks for AI-driven business process transformation. It is a customer-facing advisory role that focuses on the 'how' of transformation, not on selling or implementing specific products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner directly with Chief Executive Officers and business leaders to design operating models that support large-scale transformation.
  2. Lead executive working sessions focused on decision-making, ownership, cadence, and execution readiness.
  3. Help customers translate high-level goals into clear priorities, workstreams, and ways of working; Serve as a trusted advisor on how transformation moves from intent to action.
  4. Help enterprise executives embed continuous improvement principles into operating models.
  5. Establish clear points of view on how effective transformation programs are structured and run; Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, and templates across engagements.

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years of marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience

Nice to have

  • Demonstrated experience leading customer‑facing transformation or operating model engagements within complex, matrixed organizations
  • Solid foundation in business process design, operating model design, or enterprise transformation
  • Proven ability to facilitate executive‑level conversations and influence stakeholders
