This role is for a Business Systems Analyst who will act as a liaison between business goals and technical execution, using AI tools like Claude and Gemini to improve efficiency in creating user stories, technical specs, and process documentation. The role focuses on the end-user experience, translating customer needs into specifications, analyzing third-party services, resolving issues, and staying current on technology trends.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Analyst role
  • SQL Server and relational database concepts
  • API integrations
  • object-oriented programming concepts
  • Elicitation, modeling, and requirement verification
